NAMI Family-to-Family Class

NAMI Family-to-Family is a complimentary, eight-session educational program designed for family members, significant others, and friends of individuals with mental health conditions. As an evidence-based program, it is backed by research that demonstrates its effectiveness in enhancing the coping and problem-solving skills of those closest to someone with a mental health issue.

NAMI Family-to-Family is taught by NAMI-trained family members who have been there, and includes presentations, discussions and interactive exercises.

NAMI Family-to-Family not only provides information and strategies for taking care of the person you love, but you’ll also find out that you’re not alone. Recovery is a journey, and there is hope.

This class will run for 8 weeks, starting Monday, October 6th, and ending Monday, November 24th, from 4:30-6:30pm
