In the meal pictured below, staff member Lisa used fresh lettuce - grown right in our own garden! - to make a salad, and then used an Instant Pot to cook up some spaghetti. We want to be an example of how you can do more with less.

Mental health and physical health are very connected, so we are working together to feed both the body and mind of the people in our community.

Lunch will be served around 2pm on Wednesdays - until it runs out!
