Peer Support Groups
NAMI Peer Support Groups are for adults with a mental health history, regardless of their diagnosis. Every group is offered free of charge. All of these groups are facilitated by trained individuals who identify as mental health peers and understand experiencing mental health challenges.
NAMI support groups offer a flexible and casual environment without an educational format. You will learn about local resources and gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others. The groups follow a structured model to ensure you and others have an opportunity to be heard and to get what you need out of the session.
THERE IS NO COST TO JOIN ANY GROUP OR WORKSHOP
