NAMI Northwest's Largest Mental Health Event
NAMI Washington County always provides free services such as support groups and 1:1 peer support for our community members. Regardless of whether or not we are in a pandemic, mental health is always important because it affects how we feel emotionally and physically all of the time. If we can continue to provide mental health and other resources that people need, then we as an organization can do our part in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our community.
Funds raised from our NAMIWalk will be allocated towards investing in providing more support groups, 1:1 peer support, training focused on NAMI-signature programs (ex: Ending the Silence) for volunteers, doing outreach to youth at our local school districts, providing educational presentations based off of evidence-based programming, and much more!
